4x The head and foot ends are supplied pre-assembled in the package. The 11 profiles highlighted in red are separated from the main assembly by loosening a single screw and will be used later during the installation.

The product features a modular design. The ladder and guardrails can be installed on any of the four corners of the bunk bed, depending on the user's preference. A 6 mm Allen key or a drill fitted with a 6 mm Allen bit is required for assembly. A second person is required to ensure safe and easy assembly.
It is important that the larger holes face the outside of the product. Connect the head end and foot end to the two side supports. Secure the parts using eight M8×40 hex socket bolts with a 6 mm allen key or a drill fitted with a 6 mm allen bit.

Repeat the same procedure to assemble the second bed frame.
Install the five under-bed support profiles onto the side supports using the plastic intermediate connectors, and secure them with M8×40 hex socket bolts. Remove the M8×40 hex socket bolts from the middle and lower section of the side supports. Secure the two 24 cm leg tubes to the threaded studs, ensuring that the larger holes face the outside of the product. Connect the two legs using the 91 cm profile.
Install the five under-bed support profiles onto the side supports using the plastic intermediate connectors, and secure them with M8×40 hex socket bolts. Remove the M8×40 hex socket bolts from the middle and upper section of the side supports. Secure the two 24 cm leg tubes to the threaded studs, ensuring that the larger holes face the head end of the product. Attach the 13 cm guardrail support profiles to the 96 cm guardrail profiles. Connect guardrail profiles with the bed frame.

Install the plastic-jointed intermediate tubes into the four corners of the bed frame with the larger holes facing upward and outward. Use a wooden block and a hammer to tap them securely into place. Align the upper bed frame with the plastic-jointed intermediate tubes, then use a wooden block and a hammer to carefully tap it down until it is fullyseated.

Assemble the ladder upright with the two ladder rungs using the plastic intermediate connectors and M8×40 hex socket bolts. Then attach the ladder assembly to the bunk bed.

Install the large plastic caps onto the upper corners of the bunk bed. Use the small plastic caps to cover the remaining small holes.

Place the plastic mattress support panels onto the support profiles, using four panels for the upper bed and four panels for the lower bed.
